ARTERED (Spanish for Art Network) was created in New York in 2008 by Angela Fabregas a Colombo-American Baruch graduate specialized in Art as a Financial Asset from Sotheby's New York, Art Management from New York University, Curating and Cultural Management from Node Center Berlin and specialized in Cooperation and International Cultural Management Institutions Master's Degree from the University of Barcelona.
Artered served as a platform and a hub for Latin American and emerging artists, designing and implementing educational art programs in communities in New York and Latin America.
In 2010, Artered Gallery was born to better serve the career of fine artists and clients internationally in leading markets. The gallery's programming focuses on diverse practices including innovative approaches in painting, drawing, sculpture, video, and photography.
With an extensive knowledge of art and the art market the gallery has been representing an international group of contemporary artists, both emerging and established. Showcasing cutting edge artworks in the gallery as well as in numerous international art fairs. Artered Gallery has placed artworks in museums and in both public and private collections.
